Getting paid promptly
You must fill your time slip completely and correctly. (Refer to the sample below). Incorrect time slips will be returned to you resulting in delay of your paycheck.
Your completed and signed time slip must be emailed, faxed, dropped off or posted immediately when you finish your assignment or at the end of each week. Paychecks may be picked up the following Friday at noon. Paychecks not picked up will be mailed to your home at 5:00 p.m. that day.
Direct Deposit
As an alternative you can elect to have your paycheck deposited directly into your bank account each payday by completing and returning a direct deposit authorization form available below.
A new time slip will accompany your paycheck or deposit advice. The only deductions made from your pay will be those required by law, including social security, federal, state and local taxes.
