Sometimes, a position requires a trial period where an employee's
performance determines his or her viability as a permanent
member of your team. After retaining a temporary employee
for 15 weeks (600 hours), you may elect to directly hire
that individual at any time thereafter, for your organization
without incurring additional costs or fees.
