Vice President/Operations

Eric is responsible for overseeing permanent placement and temporary service operations, as well as hiring, training and motivating our staff of administrative, medical and light industrial staffing consultants.

He started his career as a Metro Temp gaining experience in real estate, financial services, hospitality and marketing. Management noticed his people skills and in the spring of 2000 invited him to join our permanent staff. He worked his way up the ladder to Senior Consultant, Supervisor, Manager and Vice President in 2006.

Eric has earned the coveted industry designation of Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified Staffing Professional awarded by the National Association of Personnel Consultants and American Staffing Association respectively to its best people.

He is active in the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association, Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce and is a Chester County native.
