Jocelyn’s responsibilities include temporary and permanent placement of high caliber talent in the areas of office administration, finance, legal, health care, and human resources.

Prior to joining Metropolitan, she gained significant experience in sales, marketing, operations and human resource management while serving in a corporate level position with a national merchandising firm.

She has an uncanny ability to quickly identify quality talent with the skills needed to succeed in a given position and the personal characteristics necessary to align with the company’s culture.

Jocelyn resides in Elkins Park with her daughter Kylie and in her spare time directs activities at the Schuylkill Gallery of Philadelphia.
