Contingency search fee schedule and guarantee policy
Our contingency search fee for direct hire is 25% of the
annual starting salary. If the position is to be less than
full time, a proportionate fee adjustment will be made.
Provided the fee is paid in full by the employer within ten days following the starting date, the following guarantee will apply:
If an accepted applicant proves unsatisfactory for the position during the first three months of employment and is discharged or leaves of his or her own accord, Metropolitan Personnel, Inc. will replace that individual with another at no charge.
Optional fee plan for exclusive search
We will reduce our full time placement fee to 20% of the annual starting salary if a fully deductible, but non-refundable, retainer equal to 1/4th of the estimated fee is received at the time of the order is placed. Our time honored, no fault guarantee still applies should the person employed leave or be discharged for any reason.
Temporary to Hire placement fee policy
Our clients may elect to directly employ a Metro Temp without incurring a placement fee under the following conditions:
1) By promptly notifying our office of this selection, and then,
2) Continuing to use that individual as a Metro Temp for
13 additional weeks (520 billing hours) at the same rate.
When these conditions are met, the client may then employ that individual at any time thereafter with no fee obligation. This arrangement is optional and offered in lieu of our contingency search fee schedule and guarantee.
